1. Project Assessment
We review your project, funding requirement, objectives and supporting information to understand your needs and identify suitable opportunities.

2. Funding Search and Matching
We search our funding directory and professional network for a funding opportunity aligned with your project and the relevant funding source’s requirements.

3. Funding Availability Confirmation
Where a suitable match is identified, we engage directly with the relevant funding source to establish its readiness and commitment to fund your project as presented. We issue a Funding Availability Confirmation only after the funding source has committed to funding the project. This provides a clear basis for proceeding with the confirmed opportunity, subject to the required verification and funding procedures.

4. Agreement and Sourcing Fee
Once the opportunity is confirmed, we sign the Funding Sourcing Agreement. The fee for nonprofit and social-impact projects  per project/application. Commercial and business project fees depend on the nature and scope of the engagement. There is no charge for the application, initial review or preliminary search. The fee is payable upon signing the agreement and before we establish the funder-beneficiary connection.

5. Funder-Beneficiary Connection
We facilitate the connection between the organisation and the committed funding source so that the necessary verification, documentation and disbursement procedures can proceed.

Our process includes a money-back provision where we fail to fulfil our obligations within the agreed terms and timeframe.
